Receiving day for artwork is Tuesday, August 30th from 9am-6pm at the Hui Noʻeau roundabout.
How to enter:
- Complete the online entry registration between Aug. 17th and August 30th. Entry fee per adult art piece is $10 with priority registration before the end of the day Aug. 24th. After Aug 24th the entry fee is $20 per adult art piece up to receiving day. All student entries are $5 per art piece. Online registration must be completed before artwork drop off. Maximum allowed artwork entry is 3 pieces. Have an image of your artwork ready to upload to online form for species eligibility.
- Print and fill out artwork labels and attach to the upper right hand corner of ready to hang artwork.
- Drop off artwork on Tuesday, Aug. 30th from 9am-6pm during our drive through artwork receiving at at the Hui roundabout.
Teachers entering a class:
If your are entering and paying for students together from a class, please use our paper forms.
Students can also register with the online entry form if they are entering on an individual basis and paying individually. They may enter an associated teacher and school to their online entry. If you choose this option have students be prepared with Teachers Name, Contact phone and Email.
For class entries:
- Print and have each student fill out one Entry Form per art piece and a Waiver form.
- Fill out the Teacher Cover Sheet and attach it to the top of all the students entry forms.
- Print and fill out Artwork Labels and attach to the upper right hand corner of ready to hang artwork.
- Bring artwork and payment on Tuesday, Aug. 30th from 9am-6pm during our drive through artwork receiving at at the Hui roundabout. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or check. NO CASH accepted.
